We have sealed with Densifying sealers over 5.5 Million + sq ft of warehouse spaces. From Small 50,000 sq ft warehouse to over 500,000 sq ft of big warehouse spaces. We have recut and Filled well over 500,000 lineal ft of control joints with a polyurea control joint filler and have completed over 100,000 sq ft of Industrial epoxy coatings.
We have two ride on Tennant T16 and two walk behind tenant 5680 with these washing at the same time we can wash up to 80,000 to 100,000 sq ft in a day and seal this space the following day. If we are filling the control joint, we can have this space completed and handed over to the customer within 6-7 days.
Anything Concrete has walk behind Saw with dustless technology to ensure our environment is Silica dust free. We have an active silica dust exposer plan and take safety of our team members very seriously.
My team members all have there First aid Level one, lift tickets as well as fall protection. We also can do the panel and patch that’s needed for tilt up warehouse. Also tinting the panel and patch to better blend with the warehouse floors. This adds more time to the finishing schedule as we would have to drill holes clean floors fill the holes with panel and patch then buff the panel and patch to smooth finish with water and Floor maintainers. After this we would wash the floors then seal the floors with a densifying sealer. Cut the control joints fill the control joints then do a final clean to hand over to the customers.
